Administrative Services Department

The Administrative Services Department is responsible for the the administrative need of the City of Stoughton.


This includes budgeting, accounting, and internal auditing for all city departments as well as licensing, public records, the garbage and recycling contract and all of the elections activities within the City of Stoughton Municipal Boundaries.

We are responsible for:
Tax collections, providing treasury management services, handling investments, preparing and executing the City of Stoughton annual budget, administering elections, issuing and renewing licenses, managing the garbage and recycling contract, managing public records and providing administrative functions for elected officials.
